29th July: "By 6th June I made a reservation for Toulouse for three people round trip with car renting for three days (FR988548760). I made the reservation and made the payment of the round trip tickets plus the car rental service. I made the whole reservation in my name. On the day 20th of July I arrive in Toulouse to pick up the car and employee said that just could accept a visa card in my name. I tried at the counter to change the reservation for my mother's name because her visa was operational and at the desk the clerk says that it is not possible to change the reservation at that time, it would have to be with Ryanair booking. I tried to contact you several times (see attached files) without success. I sent you an email, I called and I got no response. Without any help or contact from Ryanair after my contact attempts, I was forced to request another rent-a-car service from another company (see attached files) and I had an extra charge. This extra expense for me was due to your services and lack of support for a service provided by Ryanair and paid for by me. I have a specific answer from you and I intend to be reinstated by this whole incident."
I sent this in a Ryanair complaint form and the Ryaniar answer's at 1st July was:
""I would like to inform you that Ryanair as being an airline does not offer extra services like accommodation, car hire or airport transfer however we are contracted with different companies to advertise their own services on our website.
Regarding your query please contact the transfer /car hire /parking company and ask them to facilitate these changes /refund you the money. "
My Answer (1st August): "I'm really disappointed with your answer because in any time of my reservation who said that. And I really booked by you, and you know it! The point is I tried to contact Ryanair by phone, chat and email and I didn't have any call back. And I had to expend double money because of that!!
As you saw on last attached files of this conversation. So please refund me!
The attached files of last conversation have all of my bank details."
And I didn't never have an answer by Ryanair about the last email.
