Apolónia Supermercados - Venda de produto inapropriado

On April 24th 2020, I went to the supermarket Apolónia in Almancil and I asked to the butcher meat in order to cook roast beef without any fat in it and soft, so what I wanted was a fillet mignon. I payed 72€ for the meat and instead of what I asked they sold me entrecote black Angus, which is a meat that has a lot of fat in it, which is not what I asked and not appropriate for what I told them I wanted (roast beef).
For that reason the meet was not consumed since, like it was said before, it was not appropriate for what I wanted.
Like I said, I payed 72€ (which is a lot a money for a peace a meet) and they didn’t even sold me what I asked. I am very upset with this since I am a very regular costumer and I do spend weekly a lot of money in this supermarket, I even get my groceries delivered at my bosses house, and this time, my boss and I are very unpleased costumers I do hope I can get an answer as soon as possible and that you are able to fix this somehow because if not, I’m not planning in buying any more meet from you.
