Bebitus - No delivery even when promised!!!! amateurs and liars

Have ordered an item on 17 december 8058664077885.. exactly to make sure that will come for Christmas, we are on 25th and have called 2 times already before and Bebitus said it will be done. STILL no Christmas present because of Bebitus. They are promising the 48 hours delivery they are just LIARS!!!DO NOT TRUST BEBITUS!They have ruined my family's Christmas!!!!! When I called the customer service a Brasilian guy was just saying sim nao sim nao and never ever even tried to help!!!! Really bad service overall!!!!
