I've been waiting for nearly two months for my order to be sent. On the website my order was meant to be sent around March 21st to 26th. I sent them three emails after noticing the delay, got zero responses. I sent them a message on Instagram and commented on a post where another client was asking for an update of their order as well on a public post, got a fast reply after that and they told me that they'll reply me, I haven't received any message from them. Also my comment on Instagram and the other client's were deleted. If there was any issue on my order I don't know nothing because the communication was one-sided, I have zero information as for why my order is being delayed. I'm requesting a full refund for this order and waiting for my other order #9265 to arrive. Both of them amounts a total of 42,90€ (including shipping). Usually i'm quite patient and understanding with delays, but at this point I'm losing trust on this shop, and I'm an old client.
