I ordered a couch from Ikea on 4/6. The couch was shown on their site to be in-stock. They couldn't deliver it until 4/17, fine. They didn't deliver it on 4/17 and gave no update on when they would. I finally called and they said it would be delivered 4/22 between 9am-1pm. I called 4/22 at 9AM to confirm it would be delivered 9-1pm that day and they confirmed it would be delivered. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED and I wasted my day waiting around for nothing. They have missed delivery appointments FOUR times now for this order and 2 others within the past 8 days. On another order, they gave me a delivery window of 9AM-6PM, I stayed home the entire day and they never showed up! They tried to deliver the next day (never rescheduling delivery or notifying me they were coming or near) and I wasn't home. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Update your customers!
