In accordance with what was requested and in relation to the question you are asking us, we inform you that you should directly contact AIMA - Agency for Integration of Migrations and Asylum, as the entity responsible for issuing the Residence Card, as INCM is only a provider of a service within the scope of this process, so any information regarding the issuance and dispatch of these documents must be requested from that entity.
At the same time, we will send it to the entity.
