I mention my nipc number in reference
I call aima several time for my residency status and they said to me your card is in printing and my aima was mail me last day and they said me is in casa do moieda can you please check and inform me that where is my card.please

In accordance with your request and in relation to the question you are asking us, we inform you that you should directly contact AIMA - Agency for Integration, Migrants and Asylum, as the entity responsible for issuing the Residence Card, as the INCM It is only a provider of a service within the scope of this process, so any information regarding the issuance and dispatch of these documents must be requested from that entity.

Please it is your automatic answer system is not a understand answer i need to know what is the solution for my problem please help me to forward my complaint to aima.

Hi again yesterday I call aima to check my residency card status they told me your card is already printed but in few days they handover to ctt I really request with humble if my card is already printed please delivered it to me or atleast provide me a tracking number for my satisfaction I really need it.my family is waiting for me back home for me it's been long time I never meet with them.i am not travelling without my residency.

I still not get reply from the brand and waiting for my cartão residência.it is very tense situation for me aima said on call that my residency card status is already printed on date 8/1/2024 only dispatch process is pending and today nearly one month passed away.please help me to solve my problem.porfavor
