I was told my package would be delivered on Monday 22 April. When I tracked the delivery and contacted Paack on 23 April I was told it would be delivered that day and then told after enquiring again that it would be delivered on Wed 24 April. It is now Fri 26 April and the order has still not been delivered.
What are Paack going to do to ensure my order is delivered?
