Pagamento de Portagens - Malfunctioning mail communication led to outrageous administration fees on fines

If I knew ViaVerde worked with these mafiosi, I'd never subscribed. I just got through a whole unsatisfying process of trying to find out why I got 13 fines rounding up to thousands of euros. In the end they said they sent an email. Their email never sent to my inbox and months later of the fine I get these 13 fines at one time with over 79 EUR administration fees per fine. Again, this amounts to almost €1400 in fines because of a malfunction on my contract with ViaVerde. Nobody can help me at ViaVerde and they all refer to the debt collectors as only point of contact. They are rigid, inhumane and frankly unable to see the error in their process. I would've loved to pay my fine in time, but their system made it unclear and absurd. Suddenly getting €1400 in your inbox is outrageous. This company shouldn't exist. Shame on everyone who worked on this case. How would you've liked to be surprised by fines you weren't aware of 11 months later?
