We are still waiting for the refund proof of the cancelled orders:
- 19/04/2024 19:58:09 referencia CFXSMSBHU : 2.066,21€
- 23/04/2024 09:49:18 referencia XFXWMJOSV; 1.036,12€

It has passed two months that your company is keeping our money which is generating finantial costs , that is completely not acceptable.
If you insist, ignoring our emails will report your company.

Your company continues to miss the payment. Not refunding the money, means you enriching wothout a proper cause. That is punished by law. If You keep ignoring our requests for returning, and do not retirn the money immediately will take action against your Directors. Regards

Our claim is not resolved Unfortunately the refund has not been made. The company does not attend phone calls or emails. Avoid buying de devices from Tuimeilibre. Regards
