I'm writing to you today because I've been waiting for the reimbursement of the money for my flights for too long now! - 9th Feb 2020 - I bought my ticket to fly to Peru; - 2nd Jun 2020 - I received a voucher for the flights cancelled; - 4th Dec 2020 - I officially required the reimbursement of the money, once the option was now available by you (please note that this took place in December 2020!); - I've been back and forth in email exchanges with the Portuguese department in charge of the vouchers who told me that the reimbursement would only take place 12 months after the issuance of the voucher. This means that I should have received my money by Jun 2021!; - The same Portuguese department informed me that the reimbursement process was late by 6-7 months, which again means that I should have received the money by Jan 2022! It is now 8th May.

The timings for the reimbursement were longer than the ones communicated by the Company. The Portuguese Air Europa team was unable to answer any of my questions, always recommending sending an email to the Spanish team (who was in charge of the reimbursements). I did not receive one single answer from Spain! I do not recommend flying with this Company!
