I purchased an Apple Watch but received a printer cartridge instead. I’ve asked Dott to help me in receiving my actual purchase but unable to get a reply although I emailed them twice. Worst online shopping experience ever and no attempt to make it right.

Its been more than ten days and I still am not able to get any response from Dott. I buy everything online and this is the worst ever experience by far. Just a friendly warning for other people, stay away from Dott.
