Europcar Internacional - Europcar Internacional - Overcharged for the fuel despite of the contractual agreement

The car was rent for 4 days. I picked upo tghe car at Lisbon Airport. I asked the employee of Europopcar abouth fuel policy. I explicitily asked what I will charged if the fuel tank is nof full. She explained to me that they will charge me the consumed fuel. Then I told her it is fine for one or two euros more (charge). And she replied to me insisting that they charge the market price. As per attached documents, Nível do Tanque = 4/8 and Tanque de Combustivel = 95 euros. I have sent 3 e-mail, I called them once and they promised they will clarify. Nothing! No reply! What is funny? Before picking up the car, they were replying to my e-mails in less than 3 hours. Well, that was the customer servise at tham time. Thi is the customer service now, we do not reply, we do not pay!
