As I informed you through the chatbot on your website (see printscreen), on Tuesday October 11th we received the ordered Franke's induction hob (Ordine: OZRAJEARE Effettuato il 09/15/2022 15:20:32)
Unfortunately the box was damaged and when we opened it the hob was damaged as well (glass chipped on left side).
As I saw the damaged box I feared the worse so I took pictures of the unboxing.
Please find enclosed the pictures I took.
I cannot accept the hob in that condition.
Please let me know what I need to do to return the damaged hob and obtain refund of its value.
Without a hob we can no longer cook so the situation is urgent.
I hope you can send me the requested instructions as soon as possible.
