I have stopped receiving a response from Host Wise on WhatsApp after reaching out many times. I made a reservation at their place in Portimao from July 15th to July 30th. From our various conversations there were many problems with the reservation, forcing us to check out early, in summary:
WiFi:
We did not have working WiFi the first four days of our stay (July 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th). We contacted you on check in day on July 15th to make you aware of this issue. You dragged your feet and did not send someone to fix it until 4 days later on July 18th, so we did not have a vital utility you advertised as having the first four days of our stay. This caused us to miss work.
Once the WiFi was fixed in the afternoon of July 18th, the speeds remained so slow video conferencing could not take place, and coworkers complained about laggy connections
Cockroaches:
In the middle of the night on Friday, July 23rd cockroaches were discovered all over the apartment. This is not safe or sanitary for us so we checked out of the reservation early on July 23rd, and sent you a video of us checking out along with pictures of all the cockroaches.
We have now contacted you several times and received no response or resolution even though we can see you online WhatsApp everyday including right now as I write this message.
We have went above and beyond in trying to work with you. Are you going to take care of the situation or continue to ignore us?
