I adhered to the Premium Job Leads membership on September 19th because they promoted 15 days for 2.99€. I got no warning that my promotional membership was about to end, but not canceling before the first full charge was my fault. I canceled my Premium membership for the first time after the first full payment notice, in October. Then, I got a second warning for missing payment, I was sure I had already cancelled my Job Leads Premium membership but the email said that if I didn't pay, they would charge me fees for it. I made a huge complaint to which I never got an answer, AND I changed my credit card details to complete the payment 'cause I didn't want any fees or judicial problems, let's put it like that. After this, they charged me only ONE MONTH, and the other month they never charged me (I stupidly thought they didn't charge me in November 'cause they saw their mistake and my email explaining how I canceled the subscription in October). Until today... I just received an email threatening that if I didn't pay November's subscription PLUS THE LATE CHARGE FEE (100€!!!), they "shall have no other choice but to entrust a collection agency with this case". THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Some company can just dip into our pockets and threaten us like this with no consequences!! LIKE HELL!! I've seen the complaints about this happening to other people, and I will not accept it. I have sent you two emails complaining now, plus this message to customer service, AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT TO "PORTAL DA QUEIXA" and other complaint institutions I can find. I will not swallow this! You have my updated credit card details AGAIN, so if you don't charge it NOW, IT IS NOT MY FAULT, AS IT WASN'T THE PAST 3 OR 4 TIMES!!! Not okay treating people like this, YOU THIEVES!!!! On what I will have a say, no one else will subscribe to this charade. I will make sure of it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
