They never gave me a concrete and effective answer, until I said I was going to file a complaint https://portaldaqueixa.com/, then everything changed, they started responding to my emails quickly (on the same day) and finally, and on March 4th they replied me with a concrete answer saying that they would return the amount I paid since, due to the Coronavirus, because it would not possible to deliver the smartphone (it took them all this time to realize that it was not possible to deliver the phone!!!) Well, I already have my money back, and I’m never buying from that site again. At least they gave me the money

Temos um problema no nosso gateway de pagamento e, devido a isso, não podemos devolvê-lo normalmente, desculpe pelo inconveniente. A única maneira, por enquanto, é solicitar a retirada da empresa que fornece seu cartão de crédito (visa, mastercard ...). Você deve solicitá-lo como uma reivindicação de produto não recebido.
