Following your presentation, which deserved our best attention, we clarify that requests for investigation and return of transfers are provided by the issuing bank of the originating card. These requests fall under the regulations on national transfers, so it is the Bank's responsibility to inform its customers about the procedures and rules for this type of requests.
MB WAY is a product created by SIBS for Banks, and all operations are carried out using the card chosen in the app. Therefore, when clarifications are needed regarding banking operations resulting from the use of a card (including operations via MB WAY), these must be presented to the respective Banks, using data available at SIBS, when necessary. In this context, SIBS, as a processor of the MULTIBANCO system and providing various services to Banks, established channels with them for appropriate support.
