SEF - Pedido não atendido

1. I tried to contact Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF) via email gricrp.cc@sef.pt to alter an appointment to renew my residence permit, but was not able to.

2. SEF officials advised me to call their service line: Rede fixa +351 808 202 653; Rede Móvel + 351 808 962 690. But neither of these numbers worked.

3. I went to present myself at the SEF office - LISBON STUDY LOUNGE, an entity that is supposed to help specifically foreign students with their residence or visa issues. But they were not able to help with anything either.

4. I made my original appointment in June 2018 because I need to travel in October 2018. However, the appointment only fell on 10 January 2019, which means I could not travel during October 2018 - January 2019. This is very difficult for me, because I am a PhD student and I need to travel to attend conferences.

5. I hope this Portal de Queixa could help improve the great efficiency problem of SEF.
