During the treatment, the cost was increased for me due to the complexity of the tooth treatment. I completed all the treatment and paid for it in full. On February 15, my treatment was completed. On March 8, my new filling came out on a tooth that I had treated at a clinic in Braganca.
On March 9, I wrote a letter to the clinic in Braganza where I reported the problem. I live in Quarteira - Faro and it is very difficult for me to travel back to Braganca for an inspection. I asked the representatives of the clinic in Braganza to give me the opportunity to solve the problem at the clinic in Loule.
On March 11, representatives of the clinic in Loule wrote to me by email and offered to consult at their clinic. On March 12th I visited the Smile clinic in Loule. They took a picture and examined me. As a result, I was offered to treat the same teeth again. The doctor at the clinic in Loule said that I have caries in the same teeth. She could not answer why the clinic in Bragança gave me poor treatment. I was also offered to pay for the treatment again.
I think this is unacceptable. This situation either plays a role of medical negligence, or deception of the client, or both.
I ask you to look into this case, otherwise I will have to seek protection from a lawyer.
