No dia 24 de Agosto recebi uma encomenda pela MRW junto do porteiro, vinha embalada num saco de plástico, após a entrega reparei que tinha um pequeno rasgo na lateral por onde alguém durante o trânsito retirou os produtos que conseguiu.
Fiz fotografias do saco danificado e dos items que restavam dentro do mesmo, contactei de imediato a Tradeinn, que perante a justificação e as fotografias enviadas, averiguou que a minha queixa não poderia ser aceite com a seguinte justificação:
"Dear customer,
From the pictures you submitted we can see that the parcel had been manipulated / damaged / tampered with. Therefore, we cannot accept your claim as you accepted a tampered / damaged shipment.
For future orders, we recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery, before signing, for any damage or anomalies (third party tape, holes etc.), and if you accept a damaged or tampered package, you must file a damage report with the transport company in writing instantly, and send us a copy hereof. It would be better, however, to refuse acceptance.
According to international shipping standards it is the responsibility of the receiver to check the package upon delivery before signing the delivery note. It was your duty to do this.
If you can see that the parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, resealed or re-packed, it is your right to refuse it. This is the standard procedure if you see at first glance that the parcel is damaged / tampered with and the ordered item(s) could also be damaged or missing. Please have in mind that you as the consumer have the legal right to submit a damage report to the transport company since the damage clearly occurred during transport. You can file a damage report in writing at the time of delivery or within 24 hours if the package is damaged.
In case there are hidden damages that appear once opened, assembled and/or using the item, those hidden defects can be claimed with the delivery company within 7 days.
Please take this into account for future deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.

Basicamente, metade da encomenda foi roubada antes da entrega e pedem-me para suportar o custo de produtos que nunca foram entregues, sugerindo até que futuros casos semelhantes deveriam ser resolvidos junto da transportadora MRW. Os meus direitos como consumidor estão claramente a ser infringidos, não sou eu como consumidor que tenho de resolver este problema com terceiros.
