Hello,
I wish this email finds you well.
Today I am travelling from Rome to Porto by your company and I had an issue with the online check-in and I kindly appreciate your help with some urgency.
Since 9am of March 17th, I am trying to do the online check-in online on the company website and it was not possible once the website presented errors. I even download the App in order to make sure if might be a website problem instead, but without success.
We explain and show this situation to the person responsible on the tickets presentially and she informed us there was no attempt of check-in previously and the solution was to pay 98€ for 2 people. However, there was several people on the line with the exact same issue and it was said by her that anyone could lie in order to not pay for the check-in. Nevertheless, why around 10 people should want to spend 49€ each person if we could do it by free on the website?
Furthermore, when we arrive to the place to deliver the big luggage at the first attempt, the girl mentioned that unfortunately she could do nothing and we need to solve on the ticket office but was not the first complain. On the second attempt, the second girl did a face when saw the payment for the check-in and informed there was several cases already today.
We really appreciate your help and refund on this case because this was not our fault and we tried to solve the issue on time.
