Gondomarense - Conduzir autocarro

I’m writing this in English because I cannot begin to fathom my frustration in another language. For the past year I’ve taken the same bus, 68 from Fanzeres to Baguim do monte and back, for an entire year with no problems, yet a new bus driver has recently started and thinks it’s appropriate to stop for some people and not for others. I’ve seen numerous drivers stop in the middle of the road and allow people to enter the bus if they are a few minutes late and the driver see’s them running and recognises them from our route, I understand you’re not supposed to stop if someone is late to the bus stop. But then the rule should be enforced for everyone and not just certain people. Would expect a bit of leniency from bus drivers as over 70% of every bus I’ve taken has been late, some over 20-30 minutes late. So if i am a couple minutes late to the bus stop and he has a chance to stop and not be rude, then he should.
