Enviado e-mail à marca no dia 20/3, até hoje sem resposta. “Yesterday, I contacted the Lisbon store, in order to send the item to my address, as agreed at the time of purchase, on March 4. I was asked to pay the deductible, when I was told that shipping would be free. Even so, I requested the bank account number to make the transfer, as there was another item whose repair (number o117212665) would have to be resolved. They informed me that even if I did the bank transfer and sent the proof, they could never do it without confirmation from the finance department, which had been closed for some time due to the pandemic. It was then agreed that he would collect items from the store today, still taking unnecessary risks. Today I heard that the store closed indefinitely, a fact that yesterday afternoon they knew and omitted, I don't know why. Unfortunately, no one informed me and now I have two items in stock - one fully paid for almost a month and the other whose repair is being done at my expense, although it is unequivocal that it was only repaired due to a manufacturing defect - which I will be private indefinitely.
Therefore, I come to ask for a quick solution to the problem.”
