We had to change the date of entry, in agreement with the owner, and due to reasons of force majeure, the trip finally had to be cancelled. Uniplaces does not want to return any of the 1600 euros that I paid. He doesn't want to pay the owner or us for a refund. I understand that they charge for their management anyway, but it cannot be that they keep the money that is supposed to be for the month of guarantee. A scandal, please avoid this company.
