I have been waiting now 3 business days for delivery, every time the driver puts "customer not available" as a reason for not delivering the package. I have called 2 times now and every time the customer service agent says that the package is in the vehicle for delivery but no one contacts me or comes to my door. I have lost 3 days now sitting at home waiting for delivery. I have complained to my supplier who send me the goods but nothing seems to move Portuguese Fedex. Rangel can NEVER be called an express service as they take weeks to deliver the packages. This is definitely not a world standard Fedex service it's more like a poor quality domestic Portuguese service which is embarrassing for a company that has a world known name and reputation.
The same with me. I have paid more for priority service, and when the package stop in Portugal the package never have moved from Santa Iria da Azoia. I also never will use the service provided by RANGEL/FEDEX
