Extra charge for the gas (7€) - we booked a car with the full to full policy, which means we have to pay if the tank is not full. Due to this fact, before leaving the car in Goldcar, I asked an employee of Goldcar to personally check the level of gas and to even write a statement that could be used as a proof for later. He checked it, confirmed that the tank was full and we wouldn't be charged for any amount but he had no procedure to formally state it in a paper. Your company needs to have a procedure that allows the customer to control to situation and have a proof of the status of the vehicle when he returns it. In the absence a procedure like the one refered above, I claim the 7€ to be repaid immediately.
