Dear Hey Phones, I sent you for repair an iPhone 6S 16GB - Silver (IMEI: 353253075001659). You should have send me back the phone last week.
How long should I wait? I couldn't back up that phone due to the problem it had and it wasn't giving me access to the data. You had your phone on trial on the 8th of March, how long does it still take?
I would like to have my phone and all its contents back immediately.
My patience is over.
