I send an message to the commercial to cancel my membership by message ( 30th of November)(Bom dia xxx, could you please cancel my membership from Holmes place , due to some issues I can't practice any physical activity

and after 3days ( 2nd Dec ) I sent back another message , he call me and asked me to come to the club for cancellation I explained that I can't go there for this period due to some issues he informed me that he will found a solution and provide me a feedback. Knowing that I paid 2months ( Nov and Dec without going there )
I sent an email when I received to pay again for Jan and no answer until today receiving a call from the manager that speak very bad to me and asking me to pay more two months . And it's like this due to the lack of communication and professionalism I have to pay for this .
