Ligatu - Not delivered phone, no answers on phone nor chat app

I ordered a phone thast says is in stock and is so since i ordered it. I am waiting now 9 days and i hear nothing. They dont answer the phone ,both numbers and they dont reply their chat app on their site. I would like to cancel the phone because i did not receive anything but i cannot contact them.
It is a phone of 1140 euro so i think they are a scam.

after 11 days i received an sms and mail that they would refund the money. I guess they did not have the phone in stock as they advertised on their site. And they refunded the money. Still never spoke with any one. They only requested me to take this message away by mail because it damage their company. What i understand, I advised them to communicate with their clients and give honest information about stock levels on their site. Hopefully things will get solved for other people as well. It would be good if they would reply on this site and explain people what is happening and just answer the phone and emails, would help as well
