We have had a contract for nearly 10 years, and always when we want to discuss the terms it is impossible to get in touch with English speaking operatives at MEO. Please inform me how many foreign clients do you have who would rather speak the native tongue to complain in!! And even an email address for Customer complaints !! How many times have you telephoned us with your monthly offers, in Portugese, and we politley ask for in English, and then told sorry, we will phone later, in English, and that is the last we hear of it !!
I have only one question for you? How many operatives in your country speak Portuguese with the portuguese costumers?
If you live in Portugal for nearly 10 years....did you not care about learn the Portuguese?
