We have had a contract for nearly 10 years, and always when we want to discuss the terms it is impossible to get in touch with English speaking operatives at MEO. Please inform me how many foreign clients do you have who would rather speak the native tongue to complain in!! And even an email address for Customer complaints !! How many times have you telephoned us with your monthly offers, in Portugese, and we politley ask for in English, and then told sorry, we will phone later, in English, and that is the last we hear of it !!

Thank your for bringing to our attention this situation. At the moment when you call our customer support between 8 a.m. and midnight you can request a English speaking operator, by making that request to the operator that answers your call, if that operator does not speak English, your call will be transferred to someone that can help you.
We assure you we are committed to serving the our Customers with the indispensable quality and according to their natural expectations, and therefore we are continuously working to improve the quality of our services.

I have only one question for you? How many operatives in your country speak Portuguese with the portuguese costumers?
If you live in Portugal for nearly 10 years....did you not care about learn the Portuguese?
