Hi team,
I have an ongoing refund request for almost 2 months with the company.
Initially the representative didnt want to issue the refund, then informed me that the refund request is done through a third party (Cofidis). I contacted Cofidis and they told me there was no request opened for me.
Impress confirmed that in entitled for a refund after I made a public negative review.
2 weeks ago they told me my refund will be issued. I haven't received it yet, they didnt tell me when I should expect it and they are ignoring my emails once again.
Terrible experience so far.
