Surprice Car Rentals - Unfair charge- i was charged for a damage i didn't do

the checkout agent of surprice forced me to pay for a scratch damage that absolutely wasn't done during my rental period, and was existing prior to that and even mentioned in the pre rent record.
I'm a long time driver and I made every effort to take care of the car as I do with my own. There was no chance to argue with the agent since I had to leave to catch up with the flight.
I immediately made a complaint through their website but it was not resolved, and the reply was rude . and even the charge was so high for the damage which I didn't do and no insurance would agree to compensate.
I rent very frequently for many years and nothing like this happened with other car rentals before.
it's better for this company to raise their car rental fees rather than performing such unpleasant surprises for the customer.
this needs to be resolved for the company's credibility.

If insurances not made locally, damages on cars have to be charged in accordance with damage matrix attached to the rental agreement and sign by client.

We understand it is not the best end of a trip having to pay extras not excepted but Company cannot support new damages made and supported by the check out made.

This is not the answer or solution to my complaint.
For your attention, I already sent the informations and details to that email 11 days ago, and didn't get it solved.

There's still no resolution to my complaint , this is not acceptable since no action has been taken for customer satisfaction.

Answer to this issue was already sent as per record information.

We understand the insatisfaction but it was not made insurance locally and so damages made have to be charged.

All documents were sent to the Broker booking was made and any further details to be given please send email to customercareportugal@surpricecars.com

I am still waiting for an honest reply and refund of the unfair charge from Surprice-Faro, your attention is appreciated.
Please stop just referring me to emails, phone numbers and websites,
I want to escalate the complaint to the next level, it's for your own sake too so you have a better customer service in future, since your current customer service is much below the satisfactory level. thanks

Surprice car rental-Faro does not have the optimum customer service, and pretends to have the lowest price while the agent is prepared to inflict hidden fees upon return of the car including false claims of damage , taking advantage that the customer has to go to airport and has no time to argue , The websites that advertise them should be aware of the deceptive policy of this agency. We do not recommend and warn of this agency, beware of this company branch/Faro especially if you are a female customer.
