The flight was cancelled due to restriction. To which the company offered to reschedule the flight up until July.

I have requested for the flight to be changed to 05 or 06 of June, for return on 19 or 20 of June 2021.

I had originally paid 532,83 EUR for the flight. Upon reschedule, the company offers me to reschedule for a total of 996 EUR.

There are flights for the same destination, on their website, with prices even lower than what I originally paid.

Since then, they answer no email and hang up on every phone call.

I have sent over 100 emails this week, and the flight is this weekend supposedly. No update, no contacts/

Is there any way to expect a store refund and how long that would take?

To be honest, the airline has availabilities and your agent has told me otherwise. FROM YOUR OWN WEBSITE.
Same company, same price.

I've called the international number 3 times so far, each time waiting 15-20 min.
First call: hang up directly
Second call: we wll send you an email. The email stated to just contact the airline, no other instruction
Third call: The lady advised she would help, she put me on hold. After 10min, I had an automatic message playing requesting me to rate the service and it hung up again.


I just received an email to contact the airline, here you tell me the same. I understand it is standard process in your company , but you haven't been able to answer me for 3 weeks on a flight for this weekend.

I come back from a two years accident, I'll be 30 in a few days and I won't even be able to be with my wife because the service refused to help in any kind of way. 0 human consideration

04th call: 04/06/21 - 15:25 - waited 30min, gave the details of my booking to the agent, she hung up. Rated the service 1.

I have now contacted the airline that confirmed to me:

You should reschedule the flight for no cost
There are flights available in my dates
There is an error in your internal system to solve for my flight, I am entitled to that modification, yet no answer on the phone

Nothing came in, no contact. You have my email and phone. Stop sending an automated template and actually mention my name in your message to confirm it is not another bot spamming for you. Two weeks, no concrete answer to the question and offering illegal/undoable solutions
