Estou a tentar obter uma factura da compra efectuada mas quando coloco o meu endereço email, recebo uma resposta a dizer que o meu endereço email não está associado a nenhuma reserva.

In order to give you an answer to your query, we need to access your reservation and (depending on the case) contact the airline.

Would you be so kind to provide us your booking ID (8 digit code in the confirmation e-mail) or any other information (e.g. e-mail address, passenger names, etc.) so that one of our agents can have a look in details and come back to you with an update? You can write this down directly within this review.

I have received the invoice but with not with the desired details.
I send an attachment with the details to be included in the invoice.
