Hello,
I sent several email to go to gate asking about my voucher and until now they don't answer me and when they answer they do some "copy and paste" and never answering what I was asked!
I Just want to know where is my voucher? when I will receive my vucher??? that's simple to answering!!
My flight was cancelled in May. From lisbon to Chania by Aegean airlines on 23 on May. UNTIL NOW, I didn't receive my voucher with the value of the flight 249.99€.
i ALREADY KNOW THAT aegean IS NOT REFUNDING! i ALREADY CHOOSE THE VOUCHER OPTION....i ONLY WANT THE VOUCHER FROM MY FLIGHT THAT i DIDN'T DO BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED!!
