Telling my lawyer that a telephone call had been made to me to arrange anMRIscan appointmentbut that I told them that Icould not go for the scan because I had Covid. The telephone call did not take place and, Ihave NEVER had Covid.

People lied about making telephone calls, cancelling MRI without telling Dra Ana Rita Nobre,ORL IPO, and also saying without ever talking to me that I had Covid and could not attend MRI scan, I have never had Covid. Nobody ever said sorry for this, telling lies to protect their job. I had to use an Advogada to find out the truth and had to spend money for this.Unsatisfactory behaviour by some of IPO atendimento staff.
