I cannot help but express my complete indignation regarding purchasing a Washing and Drying machine on the KIBO website. I was deceived by the supposed honesty and reliability of this company, but my experience was a real disappointment.
Upon receiving the order, we found the product crumpled on the back. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time of delivery, but my wife was kind enough to remove the packaging. After receiving the photos of the sorry state of the machine, I immediately contacted KIBO, hoping to resolve this issue in a civilized manner.
What did I get in response? A categorical refusal to exchange the defective product after friendly attempts via telephone and email! KIBO, in an unacceptable attitude, washed its hands of its responsibility, ignoring visual evidence of the damage. A lack of professionalism and commitment to the consumer that I cannot accept.
Unfortunately, I now realize that my trust was betrayed by a company that has no respect for its customers.
This report serves as a warning to consumers who are considering purchasing KIBO products. My experience has been not only frustrating, but truly disappointing. I urge the complaint portal to closely analyze this company's business practices to ensure transparency and market integrity.
I didn't expect to have to use this platform, but it's unfortunate that it's necessary. I demand an immediate and fair resolution to this situation, as I will not remain silent in the face of such disrespect for the consumer.
With deep disappointment, I do not recommend shopping on this site.
