On the 30th November my husband Stephen Melman purchase a tumble dryer for me on Kontrolsat. We then got a notification that the delivery was on the way to us on the 2nd December however it did not arrive so we sent Kontrolsat a message on Facebook to enquire where our order was. We were told it will arrive in 5 working days.
We were not impressed with the short unhelpful responses but we decided we would wait the full 5 days before calling again.
5 days came and passed so a few days later I called to find out about the delivery. I was told they would call the courier and call me back to tell me more or less when we would receive our order. This was on the 9th December. It's now the 15th December and we still haven't heard anything. I have been calling and calling but their phones just ring endlessly its terrible!!! I have taken screenshots of my call log and how many times I tried calling them. I called them 19 times one day without any answer. They are by far the most difficult and unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. The last straw was today the 15/12/2020. I called to find out what is going on as it is now 12 working days later and we still don't have our tumble dryer. The first few times I called no one answered then eventually someone answered and when I spoke English they hung up on me leading to another 3 phone calls before eventually getting hold of Marcos Mendes. He asked my name and immediately put me on hold for over 7 minutes. Eventually he told me he was checking the details and would get the courier to email me when they are going to come. I told him this is not good enough because I want to know when exactly I am getting the dryer and I had been calling for answers as the previous person I spoke to did now call me back as he promised and no one can give me a straight answer on when I can get what I paid for. Instead of understanding and apologizing for the delay Marcos raised his voice, he was rude and talking over me. I couldn't even finish my sentences because he just kept interrupting me and cutting me off. He then decided he no longer wanted my business and he said he was going to cancel my order, request a refund and I can take my money and go buy from somewhere else. I was actually shocked so I got my recorder going and I told him he was being recorded and I wanted to speak to his boss. He would not transfer me to his boss and he basically put down the phone. I have the recording as well as the screenshots of all the time I have wasted phoning Kontrolsat.
I am so disappointed as I was really looking forward to getting me gift from my husband and they have just made this whole experience unbearable. This is the worst customer service I have ever ever ever dealt with and I intend on warning ever single person I know about these people.

My husband and I deserve an apology and immediate refund!

Shame on all of them!!!

Same opinion, they are terrible and have no customer appreciation or service. I will never ever in a million years recommend or use them again!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible ?
