I ordered a 120cm satellite dish in early April.
The dish is needed in order to work at 100% precision to pick up a satellite beam ( North Sea) from satellite Telstar 12 (vantage).
On receipt of the dish at my local Parcelshop upon taking the package home & opening found that the dish had been ‘trashed’.
This is not the first time that this has happened to me. In fact the last dish I received from Kontrolsat was also ‘trashed’.
I have requested that Kontrolsat refund me in full for the latest ‘trashed’ dish.
I sent them a photo which they have not responded to.
I am not going to pay the additional cost to me of another €20 delivery charges to return a satellite dish that is currently JUNK as obvious in the photo.
The dish is only capable of working at 80% precision if the dent is ‘pushed back’ by a layman. An auto repair bodyshop could repair the ‘DENT’ at an estimated cost of about €50 plus tax.
Kontrolsat have not had the decency to reply to my emails.
