Hi.
My name is Yafit Sabag and today I arrived in Porto from Israel via Frankfurt and Zenveh.
The suitcase arrived completely broken without a wheel (photos are attached) and a complaint that I submitted at the airport is attached.
I need a new suitcase for the rest of the trip.
Please tell me what I should do?
