On October 25, 2022, I received an email from Banco N26 saying that my account would be closed, requesting the sending of IBAN.
On October 26, 2022, I replied to the email sending proof of my IBAN, despite all my subsequent contacts, to date I have not yet received my funds.
On October 28th I received an email from N26 BANK saying that they were going to contact the superiors and so far I have no feedback.
I am tired of waiting for my money, which I miss a lot to pay my obligations, and I feel helpless before a bank that does not have a contact phone and only responds with vague messages through email.
