I purchased a pair of Archfit D'Lux GYCL shoes on 5th May 2023 at a cost 110 euros. I found it necessary to return the shoes as the front of the right shoe was coming away. I have only used these shoes for walking in the street and they still look pretty new.
I returned the shoes to the store in Albufeira who advised they would need to send away and would call me. They called me 12 days later to advise that they have found no manufacturing fault with the shoes and therefore they wont replace them.
Whether there is a manufacturing faut or not these shoes are still not fit for purpose, a pair of trainers should last longer than 5 months. I expect better from Sketchers.

I have now received your response which repeats the previous response from the shop. You say that as there is no manufacturing error you will not replace/repair.
I maintain my position that a pair of shoes of this cost and supposed quality with normal wear and tear should last longer than 5 months. I expect more from this brand.
I wish to know where to escalate my complaint as I am not satisfied with your response.

Skechers have failed to respond to my repeated request for escalation. I have emailed and posted on here but no reply. Totally dissatisfied with them

Complaint not resolved, very dissatisfied. I expect more of the brand, I expect shoes that cost over 100 euros to last more than 5 months. I shall not but Skechers again.
