IPO Coimbra - Cancellation of mri scan an 4 hour waiting for unnecessary consultation

I had an appointment at ipo coimbra for september 17 for an mri scan, 2 days before i received a telephone call while I was not in the house. I called back the number and was transferred to atendimento in consultar externa, I asked them why they called and they said , laughing with each other that I should not come for my scan. I asked them why but they just laughed again and did not give me a reason for cancellation. I had a consultation arranged with the doctor in orl for October 1st at 11.00am, 2 days before I received a text message saying that my consultation would now be at 09.30. I arrived at ipo at 08.55 took ticket 44 and was registered at 09.05 I had to wait 4 hours to see the doctor at 12.00 I asked why I was still waiting after a 9.30 time. No response given there was a list of orl patients on the desk, my name was quite high up and people before and after me had their names crossed off but i was kept waiting Finally i saw the doctor at 13.00, she said she could not find my scan results on her computer, I told her that it was cancelled 2 days before it was due. She said that it should not have been cancelled and also that nobody told her about it and I did not need to come that day so it was a wasted journey and a 4 hour wait for no reason. The doctor said to notify her after I had a new scan but so far nothing. Why was the scan on september 17 cancelled, why was the doctor not informed, why did I have to wait 4 hours and why have I not had a new date for the mri scan

Meu advogada telefonar 239400341 segunda feira 21 de dezembro a tarde. Voce nao explicao o atraso de quatro horas da consulta ou cancelado MRI scan. Isto nao aceitavel.

No reason given for Scan cancellation or 4 hour wait.I received a letter which told me nothing. I showed this letter to my Advogada on 20th december, she telephoned 239 400 341 for an explanation. For the 4 hour wait no explanation, for the cancelled scan, no explanation. The conversation ended and they would
make enquiries as to why I had not been offered a new scan date They called back from IPO, regarding a new date for the scan, allegedly I was telephoned with a new date and supposedly said that I had Covid and could not come. This conversation NEVER happened and I have NEVER had Covid so there are untruths and possible misconduct here which my Advogada will investigate in January. I want the name of the person who supposedly made this call and gave this false information to the IPO investigator. I was given a date for a scan for december 29 and it has taken place

Still waiting for an explanation about the 4 hour delay on October 1 and who the person is in IPO who said they telephoned me for a new scan appointment and said that I told them I had Covid and could not attend . That call never took place and I have never had Covid, the person lied. I want an answer not a stream of messages .

I spoke with my advogadas, Teresa Serra and Sofia Santos in Penacova last week. They showed me a CTT message from IPO stating that IPO had mailed a letter to me on 02-15-22. This letter never arrived which probably means that it was never sent. I am requesting a personal meeting with an official from the administration department in IPO to discuss this and other matters. This includes a telephone conversation that never took place from someone in IPO. This person said to my advogada last december that they had called me to arrange a date for the cancelled september scan. It was said at the time of the call that I had refused the new date because I had Covid 19 at that moment in time. I have never had Covid and that call did not take place. The only way to resolve this issue is for IPO to enable a meeting face to face and discover the source of my complaints.

You people are a joke, you are scared to face the truth by not admitting that your staff lied. If you do not resolve this complaint by a personal meeting then I will speak with people at Diario de Noticias.

The only way that this complaint can be resolved is for someone to meet with me in IPO face to face to discuss this complaint and have a resolution. Please explain why you have not arranged a meeting for me.

I am waiting for a response about the person who lied about calling me for a new MRI scan date and saying that I could not attend because I had the Covid virus at that time. 1. the call did not take place, it was false, 2. I have never ever had the Covid virus. Please respond to this or ask me to come to IPO and speak with someone from adminstration to resolve this. Please, action, not messages.

Totally unsatisfactory conclusion. Making up stories about phone calls that never hapened. Lying that I had Covid so the receptionists in IPO could cancel my scan, then lying again to my lawyer.
