I have made an order MVDGAOYQO on 10th of October, the order did not arrive yet, today is 7th November.
I had to follow up with them 2 times already, first, they told me that Pijamas in my order are missing and that they will return the money immediately for the pajamas, and send right away the remaining.
another week passed no money, no order...
if I would not keep contacting them they would not notify me about anything.
I believe that this is an extremely bad service, people are very disorganized and do not take any accontablity for their words.
At the website, it is highlighted "ENVIO GRÁTIS 48/92h" which is FALSE information.
I have requested to return all money already (on 07.Nov 2020), as I would not like to continue to have useless conversations with this company as they are very unprofessional.
